L&K Benjamin Pty Ltd T/A Total Knife Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (eg. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). We will make all reasonable effort to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the order. All monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.
CURRENCY USED
The nominated currency used for all transactions on www.totalknifecare.com.au is Australian Dollars (AUD$) and includes a 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). This applies to all orders containing an Australian address. When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia), the GST component will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST. This will adjust automatically at your checkout when your address is entered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Total Knife Care ships to New Zealand, whereby New Zealand residents can select their address at checkout and we can deliver to you! Total Knife Care does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Total Knife Care as soon as possible. GIFT CARDS
Total Knife Care Gift Cards are available for purchase on our website in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order). Total KnifeCare gift cards are valid for use in their country of issue at https://totalknifecare.com.au/ Total Knife Care gift cards cannot be redeemed at any of our resellers’ Retail Outlets. Gift Cards are treated by Total Knife Care as a financial instrument for payment for goods and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry-standard practices. This means that Total Knife Care Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts. Total Knife Care Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore:
-They do not include GST;
-They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts.
Total Knife Care Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift Card purchase amounts are not pre-defined and as the customer you are entitled to choose the amount you wish to spend. Amounts deposited on to a Total Knife Care gift card in Australia are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can only be redeemed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Total Knife Care cannot accept cancellations on Gift Cards once payment has been processed. Gift cards are not refundable (in part or in full amount paid) or redeemable for cash.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Total Knife Care reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Total Knife Care will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
